Women By Choice - Helping Women Empower Women
A graduate of Brown College in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, Walonza Hall earned an associate degree in broadcast communications. An accomplished entrepreneur, she works in the cosmetology field as the owner of M & M Beauty Services in Chicago. Outside of her role leading the company, Walonza Hall participates in the Chicago chapter of Women By Choice.
Founded in 2014, Women By Choice brings together women from all walks of life to provide support and encouragement to each other. Founder Andromeda Raheem created the organization after having a number of disheartening interactions with other women. Rather than succumb to frustration, she chose to start an organization where women collaborate rather than compete in their pursuit of success.
In addition to offering an online presence where women support each other and develop more confidence, Women By Choice has developed local chapters in Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, New York, Orlando, and Canton, Florida. Through these chapters, women can come together for in-person events and activities in their local community.
